This is a 13'x13' custom tiki hut and bar that I built for Karl Hankton of the Carolina Panthers, # 88 in Charlotte N.C. The tiki hut has a cedar-framed roof with sable palm leaves, fireproofing and netting. Under the tiki hut is a custom red cedar tiki bar with a red cedar footrest, up graded bar top which is 1 1/2" T & G spruce with 9 coats of marine varnish, 3 electrical outlets and one switch for the ceiling fan, cabinets, shelving, lower bar top, stereo system, cable with a 19" outdoor TV, and refrigerator. I also extended his original deck from 14'x14' to 14' x 42'. This Tiki Hut and bar is truly a tropical escape for Karl Hankton and his family.
