This is a 13' x 13' cedar framed tiki hut with sable palm roof. Sitting over top a 12' x 12' deck, stepping up one step to another deck 40' x 16'. The tiki hut has fireproofing and netting to protect the leaves. Under the tiki hut I have installed a 9' x 6' custom bar with 3/4" oak plywood and manila rope edging, 9 coats of marine varnish on the ber tops, 14 electrical outlets for all the blenders, rope lighting, cable tv, ceiling fan, 2 sets of cabinets, lower bar top, shelf behind the bar, stereo system with 4 outdoor speakers (playing Jimmy Buffett of course), several pirate bottle openers around the bar and Pirate flag. Total construction time was less than 2 weeks for both decks, and the tiki hut. This is definitely the neighborhood gathering spot.
