CARIBBEAN HUMMER
Fill a collins glass with ice, add all ingredients (except lemon/lime soda),
stir and fill with lemon/lime soda.
Garnish with a pineapple wedge.
1 oz. light rum
1 oz. dark rum
1/2 oz. scotch
lemon/lime soda
PIRATE COCKTAIL
Blend all ingredients until smooth, pour into a chilled glass.
1 1/2 oz. dark run
1 1/2 oz. light run
1/2. oz. gold rum
2 oz. pineapple juice
3 oz. cream of coconut
1 oz. crushed ice
