Ground service takes approx. 7-10 business days.
Tiki Kev's currently ships within the continental US ONLY.
All orders are shipped within 3 business days of purchase unless an item is currently out of stock. You will be notified by email if an item is backordered and approximately how long it will take until your order will be shipped.
All orders that include personalized items will be shipped within 7 business days to allow extra drying time for the paint and sealer on your items.

REFUND POLICY

Tiki Kev's Tiki Bars will accept returns of online purchases up to 30 days after date of purchase. Personalized items are exchangeable only if an error was made on the part of Tiki Kev's regarding your requested personalization.
